Our M-Pesa Paybill number is 248233. Enter your invoice number as the Account Number when making the payment — for example INV-00123.
Always enter your invoice number as the Account Number (e.g. INV-00123). Do not enter your name or email address. Using the invoice number allows the system to match and confirm your payment automatically within 1–3 minutes.
M-Pesa payments reflect automatically within 1–3 minutes. If your invoice is not updated after 5 minutes, please contact our support team with your M-Pesa transaction code (e.g. QA1234XYZ).
Yes. PayPal payments can be made in USD, EUR or GBP. M-Pesa and bank transfer payments are in Kenya Shillings (KES). Our invoices show both KES and USD amounts for your convenience.
We are currently integrating Paystack for direct Visa/Mastercard payments. In the meantime, you can pay by card through PayPal — you do not need a PayPal account; PayPal accepts guest card payments at checkout.
For M-Pesa — wait 3–5 minutes then check your client area. If still not active, contact support with your M-Pesa transaction code. For PayPal — email your payment receipt to support@hostguru.co.ke. For bank transfer — send proof of payment to our team via WhatsApp or email.
Yes. All invoices are available in your HostGuru client area under Billing → Invoices. You can download PDF invoices for accounting or tax purposes at any time.
For annual plans we can arrange quarterly billing in some cases. Contact our billing team to discuss options for your specific plan.
