How to Install WordPress Using Softaculous
WordPress is one of the most popular website platforms in the world, allowing you to create blogs, business websites, online stores, and more. Most HostGuru hosting plans include Softaculous, making WordPress installation quick and easy.
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- Scroll down to the Software section and click Softaculous Apps Installer.
- Click the WordPress icon, then select Install Now.
- Choose the domain where you want WordPress installed. Leave the directory field empty if you want the website to load directly from your domain.
- Enter your website name, admin username, password, and email address.
- Select your preferred language and theme if desired.
- Click Install and wait a few moments for the installation to complete.
Once finished, Softaculous will display your website URL and WordPress admin login link. You can access your dashboard by visiting yourdomain.com/wp-admin and logging in with the credentials you created during installation.
